We are more than happy to announce our support to the major project of the Social Grocery, and specifically to the municipality of Nea Ionia, in January 2022. Thus, for this year, a donation was given for the distribution of 100 kg of Greek coffee “Terpsithymos” in order to cover Social Grocery’s needs.
The Social Grocery program provides free food and all the essentials to socially vulnerable groups, such as families or people with low incomes or affected by the financial crisis.
The distribution takes place on a regular and fixed basis and includes food, groceries, personal hygiene products, clothing and footwear, books, toys, cd’s for vulnerable groups.
The Social Grocery of N. Ionia has been operating for the last 4 years and serves more than 38,000 people serving individuals and families in need.
